Attaining the Top Brand Award 2017, INSTO has reclaimed to be The Most Trusted brand as No. 1 Eye drops Brand in Indonesia

Insto attains the Top Brand Award 2017 in the eyedrops category in Indonesia. This accomplishment further establishes Insto's position as the no. 1 brand of eyedrops trusted by Indonesian citizens. The award was handed directly by Aryo Bawono, Managing Director of Marketing Magazine, to Handojo Noegroho, Marketing GM of Respiratory & Eye Care PT. Combiphar, on the awarding night at Jakarta on the 19th of July 2017.

This year, the Top Brand Award is given to more than 100 brands in Indonesia from various industry categories that fulfill the 3 parameters of the Top Brand Index (TBI), namely:  Top of Mind Share, Top of Market Share dan Top of Commitment Share. In short, brands that received Top Brand Award are ones that are widely known by consumers, often bought by consumers, and draw on consumers' loyalty.

Insto's TBI alone rose up to 4% in 2017 (65,0%) compared to 2016 (61,0%). This lines up with Insto's marketing activities, which stress even more on educating consumers with the concept of occasion based marketing campaign, using the tagline "Buka Mata Buka Insto" ("Open Your Eyes Open Insto"). In addition, Insto also renewed their packaging at the end of 2015 to look fresher and more modern.

This motivates Insto to maintain and increase Indonesian consumers' trust by continuously educating and urging Indonesian citizens to take care of their eyes' health.

The decision of the Top Brand Award winners is purely based on consumers' choice, taken through a survey from Frontier Consulting Group starting from April to May 2017 in 15 big cities in Indonesia, namely Jabodetabek, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan, Makassar, Pekanbaru, Balikpapan, Denpasar, Palembang, and Samarinda.
