Group Marketing Manager

Job Description:

  • Plan, design, and lead new product launching and overall promotion strategy; Manage and monitor consumer insight activities.
  • Plan, manage, and monitor business plan, analyze current and future business trends, sales & marketing-related regulations, new products, and competitors.
  • Plan, propose, manage and monitor annual budget, Report variances on implementation.
  • Collaborate with other divisions and stakeholders related to Marketing strategy and implementation.
  • Monitor marketing strategy & marketing communication strategy program, including marketing support and database.
  • Propose annual and quarterly sales targets based on available resources including finance, human resources, product supply, production capacity, and market strategy.
  • Monitor and review distributor's performance in order to ensure that complaints are resolved timely and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor business unit complaints mediation in order to ensure that complaints are resolved timely and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage collection of consumer research data; Review and analize consumer research data for inputs to develop new products or re-launch existing products
  • Plan, manage and review performance of direct subordinates; Enhance technical and managerial skills; Review individual potential and plan; Support implementation of HR policies/program; Plan workforce requirements and needs.

 

Job Requirement:

  • Education background minimum Bachelor's Degree  preferable in pharmacy/medical science.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as Senior Brand/Product Manager in Pharmaceutical/FMCG industry at the same level
  • Experience in marketing, sales, product/brand management.
  • Experience in leading high-performing marketing team.

 

Senior Brand Manager

Job Description:

  • Plan, propose, manage and monitor product annual marketing plan, including strategy and activity
  • Plan, propose, manage and monitor budget and expenses; Report variances on implementation
  • Manage specific brand marketing strategy; Coordinate and execute new product launch & re launch, including  ATL & BTL promotion strategy
  • Plan, manage, and monitor product marketing communication strategies and programs (e.g. packaging, advertising, etc.)
  • Set up yearly and monthly sales target; Manage and monitor sales force
  • Manage and monitor distributor performance based on assigned products
  • Manage collection of consumer research data; Review and analyze consumer research data for inputs to develop new products or re-launch existing products

 

Job Requirement:

  • Education background minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field from reputable university
  • Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience as Brand/Product Manager in FMCG/pharmaceutical industries with same position
  • Having experience to handle big brand/product with 360 marketing strategy
  • Having excellent communication, interpersonal an presentation skill

Medical Scientific Liaison

Job Description:

  • Developing and conducting training for new recruited Medical Representative as well as refreshing training
  • Maintaining relationship with KOL and participating in medical / scientific activities
  • Coordinates medical affairs of the products assigned, including initiating, monitoring and completing clinical trials.
  • Prepare AE (adverse effect) and SAE (serious adverse effect) reports
  • Handle Originator & Principal Product, report direct to Business Unit 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) of  Medicine Faculty or Medical Profession from reputable university
  • Having minimum 3 year experience as Medical Scientific Liaison in Multinational Pharmaceutical Company
  • Have experience as General Practitioner (Medical Doctor)
  • Having excellent communication, interpersonal an presentation skill
  • Fluent in English (oral & written)

Job Description:

  • Leads analytical financial transactions
  • Ensure monthly closing report runs well
  • Prepare and ensure finance statements are prepared in accordance with IFRS/PSAK
  • Handle and analyze transactions of fixed assets and intangible assets
  • Reconcile the balance sheet account
  • Lead the team to complete the task and responsibilities proper and timely

Job Requirements:

  • Education background minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from reputable university
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience as Accounting Supervisor in pharmaceuticals and manufacturing industries
  • Understanding basic of IFRS/PSAK
  • Experienced in SAP system (preferable able to use FI & Fixed Asset Module)
