Account Executive

Main tasks:

  • To monitor and conduct business (sales & marketing activities) in accordance with the strategy for the product and assigned area, and contribute to making sales predictions to achieve targets
  • To manage and visit outlets in hospitals, drug stores, retailers in the assigned area
  • To establish and maintain good relationships with users / accounts
  • To make sales and marketing strategies in each outlet and brand to reach the target
  • To observe sales data at each outlet
  • To act as a liaison between outlets and companies
  • To manage and observe distributor operations and stock levels in order to penetrate targeted markets
  • To manage and monitor sales reports to ensure all activities are reported on schedule

Qualification:

  • A minimum S1 majoring in Mathematics and Natural Sciences for fresh graduates
  • Can work well in teams and individually
  • A minimum GPA of 2.75
  • Maximum age of 25 years for fresh graduates and 28 years for experienced ones
  • Have a SIM C
  • Willing to be placed throughout the Combiphar Branch Work Location (Placement based on domicile)

Main Task:

  1. Monitor & execute business (sales activity & marketing program) aligned with sales strategy in the assigned product range or area and contribute to formulate sales forecast in order to achieve sales.
  2. Manage and visit outlets in hospital, drugstore/apothecary, retailer on assigned area 
  3. Build and maintain good relationship with point of contact at the outlets (owner, purchasing, logistic)
  4. Create sales and marketing planning for each outlet and brand at dedicated area in order to achieve sales 
  5. Monitor sales data in each outlet on assigned area
  6. Serve as a liaison between outlet and company
  7. Manage and monitor distributor's operation and stock level, in order to ensure optimum product penetration in targeted market
  8. Manage and monitor Sales Report in order to ensure that all activities are reported on time

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from Science major for fresh graduate and Diploma for experienced candidate
  • Able to work both in a team and individual
  • Minimum GPA 2.75
  • Fresh graduate : max 25 years old, and experienced : 28 years old
  • Own SIM C
  • Willing to be placed in all Combiphar branches (placement based on domicile)
